BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the study session to order at 9:00 a.m. All present.
Alan Radcliffe, Nick Robbins, Barbara Conus, Jim Haag and Craig Davis updated Board on flooding of this past weekend.
Commissioner Taylor moved and Commissioner Farrell seconded to go into an executive session for attorney client privileges at 9:30 for 10 minutes with Board and Lisa Johnson present. All voted “yes.” Chairman Dunn extended the executive session at 9:40 for 5 additional minutes. Chairman Dunn opened the meeting at 9:45 and reported no action taken no decisions made.

Stan Lantis updated the Board on the Elizabeth Layton Center including layoffs, building project, Medicare funding, accounting and audit.

Larry Walrod, Jim Haag and Brad Gilges discussed renaming US 59 Hwy and naming a frontage road.
Jim Haag and Chairman Dunn updated the Board on Tauy Creek Bridge.
Craig Davis discussed the Jail roof leaking.
With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 11:33 a.m.
