BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m. All present.

Board discussed a letter received from Bank of Oklahoma regarding the $700,000 Rural Rental Housing Loan application submitted by Pine Manor Apartments. Board agreed to support and place on the agenda.

Board discussed paying one-half the cost of a 4” overlay on Elm Street from 19th Street south and the cost of three driveway returns. County share would be $20,500 plus the paving of the three driveways into the County yard area. Board agreed to place on agenda when agreement is received from the City of Ottawa.

Keith Clark discussed FY2009 Federal Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for the 4th Judicial District Community Correction in the amount of $100,000 for the Parenting with Love Program in cooperation with the Elizabeth Layton Center.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 8:58.
