BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Dunn called the study session to order at 9:00 a.m. All present.

Craig Davis discussed creating an Explorer Post program in Franklin County. Jeremy McGowan with Boy Scouts of America discussed what the Exploring program is and who can participate.

Craig Davis discussed proposed upgrades of 911 New World Records Management System. New World has agreed to hold proposal until end of the year. The grant money has not been awarded yet.

With no further discussion the session was adjourned at 9:25.

Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Roll Call: Chairman Roy C. Dunn present, Commissioner Donald R Stottlemire present, Commissioner Donald C. Hay present, Commissioner John E. Taylor present and Commissioner Karen S. Farrell present.

Commissioner Hay moved and Commissioner Taylor seconded to go into an executive session at 10:00 for 30 minutes for non-elected personnel with Board and Lisa Johnson present. All voted “yes.” Chairman Dunn opened the meeting at 10:30 and reported no action taken, no decisions made.
